Bei den neuen M-Pässen ersetzt wohl der Download des mobilen Tickets die händische Validerung durch das Personal:

Save Time as once your M-Pass is downloaded to your mobile phone, there is no need to queue up at a ticket office any more to get your Pass stamped.
