Vermutlich hat die Bahn einen indischen Online-Programmierer (aus Preisgründen) mit der Aufgabe betraut, Querulanten zu indentifizieren, diese als SPAM zu bewerten und aus Sicherheitsgründen SOFORT zu löschen.

Die Software ist vermutlich zur Jahreswende grad noch fertiggestellt worden, ins System integriert worden und nun - voila: Da es nicht von Siemens ist, funktioniert es ;=)))
