Information vom Comfort-Service (Fahrkarten und Angebote)
Ich habe auch eine im Wortlaut identische Antwort bekommen. Im Zug sind die Upgrades bisher nie beanstandet worden. Allerdings habe ich seither immer einen Ausdruck dieser Mail dabei.
Dass das CRM-System plötzlich Nummern einer (in meinem Falle) 6 Jahre alten BahnCard ausspuckt, ist allerdings tatsächlich eher ein Armutszeugnis.
