Ich wollte eigentlich am Freitag von Utrecht nach Rotterdam fahren

dann werde ich wohl meine Reise stornieren müssen oder gibt es Alternativen

No NS trains will run across the country on Friday June 6, due to a strike.

A strike in central Netherlands hits the heart of our operation. A large part of NS' trains run through the province of Utrecht. National NS train traffic is also controlled from Utrecht. Because of this, a strike in the central region has consequences throughout the country.

We expect that international trains can continue to run. Between Amsterdam Centraal and Schiphol Airport, there will be a reduced train service.

No trains on June 10 and 12 in some regions

The unions have also announced strikes for next week: in the western Netherlands on Tuesday 10 June and in the northwest and eastern Netherlands on Thursday 12 June. No trains will be running in these regions.

For these two days we will make an adjusted timetable, to limit inconvenience outside the strike regions. The journey planner will be updated as of Friday. Check ns.nl/strike if you cannot make your journey due to this strike.
