Hi,

most likely the physical train didn't change its formation at all, rather then the repensentation in the information systems were wrong. Someone from the train crew noticed and rectified the data. Maybe they did it a tad late or clicked the wrong station? Hard to say.

I can't say for sure though, I wasn't there to witness.
