So I have bought the ticket from DB and in addition I should buy another one to Thalys and wait whether ICE 14 will be in operation... :-))

You can use the ICE-Ticket on Thalys if ICE does not run!

OK, so now seriously my last question:

I am sure that connection via regional trains is not usable for me (too slow).
So if my ICE 14 will be canceled then I am allowed to take Thalys???
