I´dont understand DB. DB refused quality and proven railjet CD and prefer regiojet, which don´t have prepared wagon....

Well, as far as I know, Regiojet is much cheaper for DB than CD is. And that is the only thing that counts for Dresden - Berlin - Hamburg/Stralsund. DB just needs foreign coaches as they don't have enough - this should be as ecomonical as possible.
